Discussion Paper
The Discussion Paper was the result of a research process developed collaboratively between IFACCA and CNCA, with the purpose to inform delegates about the Summit theme Creative Times: new models for cultural development. The Discussion Paper investigated the role of the cultural sector and government arts funding agencies to address global issues and to understand the conceptual frameworks related to the new models of cultural management and development; and was complemented with a set of case studies from around the world that demonstrated innovative approaches to cultural management.
Summit Report
The 6th World Summit Report offers reflections from the co-hosts, outlines the working methodology that underpinned the conceptual content for the Summit, and offers insights from the official Summit Rapporteur Enrique Vargas Flores who captured key discussions from throughout the programme.
