Accommodation

It is recommended that all delegates stay at the Official World Summit hotel and encouraged to book accommodation as soon as possible to ensure availability.

A special accommodation rate is available for the 10th World Summit and we urge all delegates to book your accommodation by 24 February 2025 to secure the special accommodation rate. The hotel availability and special delegate rate cannot be guaranteed after this date. You are welcome to book now and pay on arrival. Should unforeseen circumstances occur and you need to cancel, a 24-hour notice is required.

Delegates are responsible for making their own accommodation bookings. Below are details of the official hotel for the 10th World Summit, but delegates are free to choose where they stay. However, we will provide transport for delegates between the official hotel and evening events such as the Opening Ceremony and Gala Dinner.

Novotel Ambassador Seoul Dongdaemun Hotels & Residences

The Novotel Ambassador Seoul Dongdaemun Hotels & Residences is the official hotel for the 10th World Summit. Located in the heart of Dongdaemun, the hotel is ideally located to central Seoul and walking distance to the Dongdaemun Design Plaza and Dongdaemun Market. 

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Dongdaemun History & Culture Park subway station and approximately a 10-minute walk from other subway stations including, Euljiro 4-ga, Jongno 5-ga, and Dongdaemun subway stations.
