Cancellations and Refunds

Delegates are eligible for a full refund of their registration fee if they have made a written request to cancel their registration on or before 30 November 2024. A 50% refund will be issued for written cancellations received by 28 February 2025.

Regrettably, no refund can be made for cancellations received from 1 March 2025. However, a substitute participant may attend at no extra charge, if requested by 18 May 2025.
